I am so impressed with this company! I haven’t seen great customer service like this in a very long time! From the beginning, Trevor who is in charge of sales was very helpful, informative and seemed more interested in helping me then pushing a sale. So refreshing. Then, the first time I needed to use the car warranty there was some differences in pricing and Colgan in customer service went to bat for me and contacted Royal who I had my policy with. They were always so helpful and did a daily check in with both sides trying to negotiate a better deal. I was so appreciative, but then when we couldn’t get much movement the owner Mike actually took it upon himself and called the supervisor and did some great negotiations. He was able to successfully negotiate a win for me! The adjuster actually told me that it was Mike’s great negotiating skills and the way he presented it that made all the difference! I am so grateful and highly recommend this company on So many levels!

I don't endorse many companies , however my experience with Autopom is simply awesome, specially their CEO Mike . On first occasion when I needed them, they paid my repair bill ( PCV hoses , turbocharger coolant pulp ) and I just paid my deductible. Now, when I have moved to Canada, I am able to use the warranty couple of times with Dealership and other BMW specialist. I don't have words to praise the professionalism patience and courtsey of each Autopom individual I have interacted including Mike/Dacey and Alexis. I do endorse Autopom whenever someone asks me personally or on BMW forums. Keep up the good work!!!

I had an issue with the administrator of my claim denying the claim for dubious reasons. I reached out to my sales rep, Darcy. Mike Jones, the CEO of the company reached out to my to understand my concern and personally wrote the benefit administrator to urge them to reconsider. I appreciate his actions and service after the sale. Due to his assistance, I was able to come to a understanding with the benefits administrator.

Last year (2020) I opted to purchase vehicle warranty from AutoPom due to my original vehicle warranty expiring on my BMW 650. During the course of the warranty, luckily I only had to use it once before trading my vehicle this month. I highly recommend AutoPom for your extended vehicle warranty needs. I purchased the Platinum package and was well worth it. I shopped around but most places were not knowledgeable on the product that they sell and Trevor with AutoPom was very knowledgeable on the extended vehicle package that would fit my needs and vehicle. AUTOPOM REALLY DELIVERS ON THEIR WARRANTIES Although we have been very lucky in terms of service on our most recent Range Rovers, we decided to purchase extended warranties just in case we had an issue prior to trading them in for the new model. The search for the most comprehensive and reliable extended warranty though, was not the easiest of tasks given that there were many options in the market. Numerous companies, including some of the largest names on television, promise the most comprehensive policies and hassle free service, but after reading hundreds of reviews, it was clear that many of the companies do not stand behind their guarantees. After a long and exhaustive search and although their reviews were actually great to begin with, we took a leap of faith and selected AutoPom. AutoPom has several different plans, but because Range Rovers are notorious for costly repairs when something does go wrong, we selected the EFG platinum plan, which I was told is as close to the original factory warranty as possible. After a little more than 2 years into extended warranty and despite the fact that my wife’s car is barely ever driven and still only has 26,000 miles on it, we heard a strange noise coming from the engine and therefore decided to send the car in to be checked out. The Range Rover repair facility provided a long list of required repairs totaling just over $18,000 and mentioned that they would contacting AutoPom directly to start the claims process. Because of the huge costs involved, AutoPom sent out an inspector to survey the vehicle and it was the inspector’s expert opinion that the vast majority of the items on the list were unnecessary since most were in perfect working order. I contacted the service department and AutoPom to discuss the discrepancy and quickly realized what might have been going on. Suffice to say, I was furious that the repair shop seemed to be attempting to take advantage of me and the warranty company by running up the cash register with numerous items that appeared to be unnecessary. That issue has already been resolved appropriately. In the end though, there were three or four items that were actually necessary, the total cost of which was approximately $5000. AutoPom covered everything exactly as they promised they would before I purchased their warranty and stood behind their promises without delay or denial. Additionally, the fact that they sent their own inspector out to survey the vehicle before the repairs started served as an important check because had I not had an advocate with them, I could have unfortunately been the victim of a large bill that was almost entirely unnecessary. I wanted to also mention that when the claim started, I had no issues reaching their team and I was even able to speak with the owner of the company who very generously, offered to step in and assist me with the situation. If my memory serves me correctly, I believe the total cost of the warranty was about $3500 for three additional years and it has obviously already paid for itself 1 ½ times over. I could not be happier with the AutoPom guarantee and their very professional, knowledgeable and courteous team who were in my corner looking out for my interests as well, from the moment they were contacted. If you are in need of an extended warranty, you should consider my review of AutoPom as a truly real life and honest firsthand experience of their wonderful company!

extended warranties has always been a sketchy type of warranty.I thought Autopom was one of the more reputable. I was told purchasing the platinum policy would cover anything but wear and tear items on the vehicle. When you read the policy more closely you realize what few items it really does cover. It does not cover anything related to airbag or electrical components relating to any restraint system. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing an extended warranty

They are the worst warranty company i have ever dealt with! I took my Dodge Charger in to the shop to get the water pump checked out because it was make a loud squealing noise..turns out the bearings were bad and the water pump needed to be replaced. Autopom sent an inspector to the shop and he determined that is was a bad seal so that's all they will pay to replace. Even though the shop showed him the bad pulley bearing he said it still works so they won't replace it. Wow! I have never heard of that! If the water pump goes out while I'm driving I risk more damage to the motor that they probably won't pay to fix either. UPDATE: I got a call from "the owner" (not sure if it was or wasn't) and he was able to clear up the confusion with the adjuster. I was very surprised and pleased with the timeliness of the resolution after I spoke with him. I hope I have a better experience from the get-go next time I need them but am satisfied with the end result.

Mike from autopom! is great. I had an issue with my warranty administrator for my extended car warranty that I originally bought through autopom! The issue was not with autopom! in any way, but after contacting Mike, he responded to me immediately and took things into his hands to work with the administrator and get things resolved. I highly recommend autopom! if you are looking for an extended warranty. Extremely professional and courteous! You don’t see service like this very often.

Car United is their 3rd party claims insurance they are probably the rudest and the worst company to deal with when it comes to claims involving your vechicle. They have no regard for customer service, or helping the customer. They make sure to tell you this over the phone that they're really not there for you but the company. Mario is a manger in this division he is one of the rudest manager, and has no respect for customers. Autopom would be better off with a different buisness to represent their car services

I just purchased a used car and wanted to get an extended warranty. Having had issues in the past with extended warranties, I took the time to do significant research, and I ended up calling four different companies for quotes. Right off the bat, I found Autopom to be the most professional and courteous of the lot. The team member, Dacey, was extremely pleasant. No pressure, very friendly, very clear in her explanations, answered all my questions and offered what sounded like the best value for my money. I ended up buying the car on Saturday afternoon, and by the time I was all done it was late afternoon in California where Dacey is based. She answered the phone anyhow, and immediately set me up. Time will tell whether this is as good of a deal as, it seems, but certainly in terms of the initial experience this was outstanding.

Worked with Lisa to get extended mechanical coverage for my 2012 GMC 2500HD. Lisa was great to work with, very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. I felt no pressure to sign up and feel that the comprehensive coverage for the quoted price was a good value. I would rate 4 1/2 stars only because of the requirement to drive 1000 miles before policy will activate. It will probably take 2-3 months. Lisa was definitely 5 stars!
